Delivery

The shipping on all domestic order applies only to orders that exceed $45 and placed at www.FlavorRepublic.co and shipped via USPS within the United States. Additional shipping charges will apply for international destinations. Faster shipping services will require a fee.

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Most order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail unless you request an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3 business days per USPS Priority Mail policy.

We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Flavor Republic cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.

Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please email us at info@FlavorRepublic.co ; include order number, a detailed description of problem and picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received.

Returns

The Flavor Republic provides a customer satisfaction guarantee with all your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with original receipt for refund, exchange or credit within 14 days of the purchase date. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. All returns must be new and unused, in the original state, and deemed by the Flavor Republic to be in an unused /undamaged condition prior to being accepted for refund, exchange or credit.  All returns under the Flavor Republic warranty are subject to inspection.

Exceptions and exclusions

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Flavor Republic is not responsible for merchandise that it lost, stolen, and/or damaged during the return shipping process.
  • Original receipt / packing slip is required for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
